Public Grok Bot agent team
Your personal trading desk. Process first.
Process Desk is education and process tooling for discretionary traders who already have a broker. It walks an idea you bring through four fixed laws, asks for the evidence, and drafts a ticket that waits for your yes. It does not advise you, send signals, or place orders.
No investment advice. No discretion over your account. You confirm every ticket. Trading can result in the loss of capital. Read the limits
- Not investment advice
- Not a signal service
- No order execution
A process, held in one place
You stay the decision-maker. The desk supplies a sequence and a written record. It does not supply a trade.
You bring
- A discretionary idea of your own
- The broker and account you already use
- A willingness to write the decision before you act
The desk does
- Walks the idea through the Four Laws, in order
- Challenges the thesis before a ticket exists
- Drafts a ticket and a journal note you can accept, edit, or refuse
The desk never
- Tells you what to buy or sell
- Sends signals, alerts, or price targets
- Connects to a broker or transmits an order
The Four Laws
The laws are the product. They are not a slogan under a feature list, and they do not get rearranged when a session gets interesting.
01
Preserve capital
The first question is what you can lose, not what you hope to make. The desk asks you to name the loss that would end the idea, and to treat that number as a limit. If you cannot name it, the session stops. Preserving capital is a discipline the desk will hold you to in the conversation. It is not a promise that capital will be preserved.
02
Process over prediction
A forecast is not a decision. The steps stay in one order: frame the idea, hear the objection, name the loss, write it down, then decide. Being right about direction is outside the product. Following the same sequence, on purpose, is the work. The desk will not skip ahead to a prediction to make the session feel useful.
03
Evidence in the journal
If it is not written, it did not happen on this desk. The journal holds your thesis, the invalidation, the size you chose, and what you did afterward. The desk asks for the note. It does not invent a track record, and it does not grade you on profit. Evidence is how you can see, later, whether you followed your own process.
04
No orders without your yes
Ticket Writer can draft. Risk can object. The Challenger can disagree. None of them can act. Your yes means the draft matches a decision you are making. It is not a power of attorney, and it does not transmit an order. If you place an order at all, you place it yourself, at your own broker, after you have said yes in plain language. There is no execution API and no silent approval.
These four laws stay in this order. A session that skips one is not a Process Desk session.
What a ticket looks like
The ticket is a draft in your words: instrument, thesis, invalidation, and the capital you are actually putting at risk. The specimen below is blank on purpose. A filled example would be a worse explanation of this product.
Specimen ticket
An empty ticket, shown so you can see the form. Not a recommendation. Not an order. Nothing on this card is a trade.
- Instrument
- Left blank
- Side
- You decide
- Thesis
- Your sentence, not ours
- Invalidation
- The condition that kills the idea
- Capital at risk
- A number you name
- Status
- Awaiting your yes
Accept, edit, and refuse belong to you. Yes does not send an order.
Nine roles. No discretion.
Six roles sit in every session. Three specialists are called when the work calls for them. They are roles in an agent team, not people at a brokerage, and none of them can move your account.

Read the limits before the first session
Process Desk is not an adviser and not a broker. The compliance page is part of the product, not a footer afterthought.
- Not a registered investment adviser, not an RIA, and not a broker-dealer.
- Nothing on this site is a solicitation to buy or sell any security, commodity, or digital asset.
- Your yes accepts a draft. It does not send an order to any venue.
